    Appointments are scheduled in 15 minute slots, minimum 30 minutes are billed upfront — final booking will be confirmed via email.

    Standard On-site IT support for issues requiring physical intervention.
    Suitable for installations, diagnostics, and general IT assistance.










      Appointments are scheduled in 30 minute slots, minimum 1 hour is billed — final booking will be confirmed via email.

      Priority on-site IT support with fast response times.
      Best suited for emergency situations or urgent IT issues where downtime is critical.










        Appointments are scheduled in 30 minute slots, minimum 1 hour is billed — final booking will be confirmed via email.

        A white-glove IT service for clients who prefer maximum convenience.
        Ideal for a truly hands-free IT service. We collect your device, repair/optimize it, and deliver it back safely.










          (drop-off appointment will be scheduled later by one of our agents once your service is completed)

          Appointments are scheduled in 30 minute slots, minimum £50 is billed — final booking will be confirmed via email.

          Please Note:

          Includes secure pickup/drop-off. We do not charge for travel across London. Diagnostics provided before service.

          *An initial deposit of £70 is required to schedule the collection appointment. If you decide not to proceed with the service, £50 will be deducted to cover our logistics arrangements.
