Disclaimer
Our collection and drop-off service is completely free across London. However, to schedule your collection and confirm the booking, we require a £70 refundable deposit, which is fully applied toward the total cost of your repair should you choose to proceed. After collecting your device, our technicians carry out an initial diagnosis and provide a transparent quote before any work begins, ensuring you have complete control over approval and costs.
In the unlikely event that you decide not to proceed after collection, £50 will be retained to cover logistics and technician allocation, and the remaining £20 will be refunded promptly once your device has been returned.
This approach allows us to maintain a free, reliable collection service while ensuring fair scheduling and professional handling of every device.
